Welcome to Camp U.
Advanced Training in a Great Country Setting.
I create workshops and trainings that I would really want to go to - and that means low key but high quality workshops that teach more about yoga in ways that are accessible and useable in life off the yoga mat. I want to meet new friends and feel part of something. And I want it to be affordable.
So here I am in Wimberley, Texas, a small country town with excellent weather, energy, and opportunities to create all of that - regular yoga classes every week, plus a life-changing, wisdom packed teacher training program, plus fun, interesting, meaningful “playshops” that cost about the same as a regular class.
